With over 27 years of culinary mastery in Japanese cuisine, Chef Yoshiyuki Seno brings a wealth of expertise to Kiku Le Meridien Dubai. Specializing in Teppanyaki, Sushi, and Kaiseki, Chef Seno has led numerous prestigious kitchens, including those in 5-star luxury hotels and renowned Japanese restaurants.
Chef Seno's remarkable career spans several notable roles, most recently as Head Chef at YUMEYAMA in Grand Hyatt Jeju, Korea, where he curated exquisite à la carte menus, Omakase experiences, and exclusive VIP dishes. Prior to this, he helmed the kitchen at IRODORI in Hyatt Regency Osaka, where he was responsible for crafting Teppanyaki and Kaiseki menus, managing operations for the G20 Osaka Summit, and overseeing large-scale banquet events.
His career highlights also include serving as Chef de Partie at KURA in Conrad Osaka and leading operations at several other prominent establishments in Japan.
